What the h@ll Happened to my Strat?!

Here’s a true survivor, a 1973 Stratocaster originally sunburst with the sweetest smallest A neck with beautifully rolled edges!
The guitar has been routed badly under the guard (ah the 80’s!)
Also has a replaced piece of wood on the back (I’m guessing battery pack?!) and a little over-sanding(?) on the V shaped darker part on the front, don’t even ask us what happened there... it’s absolutely senseless.

It’s also been refretted.
The electronics are composed of the original black bottom neck pickup, a later flat pole middle pickup and a custom shop 69’ bridge pickup. The pots are Japanese.

Overall this is a VERY VERY nice player , snappy , resonant and super light weighing in at just 3kg!
Grab yourself some old school vibe
For just a fraction of the price.

Comes in a Thomann branded hardcase
