Gibson Les Paul R9 1959 reissue Custom Shop 2007 - Cherry sunburst

An incredible guitar! GIBSON’S reissue of their most iconic model, the 1959 Les Paul Standard!

This R9 is from 2007 and it‘s 100% original as it would’ve left the factory, its equipped with burstbuckers which sound fantastic And it also basically plays itself.

This particular Les Paul has a crazy AAA flame maple top which can look widely different from many angles.
The Indian rosewood fretboard also has some beautiful figuring to it with nice dark mineral deposits on the chocolate colored rosewood.

The neck is as you would expect quite chunky yet nimble , a very nice take on a true 59’ profile. The guitar has some light wear and aging in areas but has been very well looked after.

Comes in a gorgeous Gibson lifton reissue case with pink plush lining and paperwork incl c.o.a., hangtags and polish cloth.
